Just wanted to say how much I appreciated your honest opinion and guidance throughout everything. I'm not sure if you remember, but over the phone I was so nervous that we wouldn't have enough food for everyone. I was even debating ordering two dozen hot dogs and cheeseburgers on top of the Backyard BBQ package, and you reassured me that what I already ordered for 24 people was more than enough and that we'd definitely have leftovers.

Even though I wanted to believe you, I was still worried — but you were absolutely right! We had a TON of leftovers, and EVERYONE loved the food!!!

I am happy that we were able to get an extra tray of Mac & cheese in lieu of the corn, and of course, one tray of mac & cheese disappeared immediately, but it worked out perfectly because I was able to save the second tray for my daughter's pool party with her friends on Saturday. And getting the slider buns was such a great suggestion too — some guests enjoyed the meat on its own, while others loved making little sliders with the buns.

Not one person complained, which says a lot coming from an old-school Italian family because someone always has something to say! Instead, everyone kept talking about how this felt like "real BBQ food" and how refreshing it was from the usual hot dogs, cheeseburgers, and chicken that people get tired of at every party.

My daughter's birthday always falls around Memorial Day weekend, and I honestly feel like this is officially our new catering spot moving forward. We will definitely be ordering again. We are beyond happy — thank you again for everything!

Also, I wanted to mention that the delivery person was wonderful as well — so friendly, professional, and right on time. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless, and you can really tell how much care goes into both the food and the customer service. That kind of experience is hard to find nowadays, and it truly made our party even more enjoyable!

We catered a birthday party with 40 guests and everything was outstanding! The food was delicious and plentiful and there were many gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options too, which was such a pleasant surprise. The customer service was beyond excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to reach out and say thank you — that was honestly one of the easiest catering experiences we've ever had. Everything came together beautifully. The food was hot, it looked great, and the whole setup was seamless.

But I have to say — the Ribs were the star of the show. 🍖 I received more compliments on those than anything else. They were fall-off-the-bone tender and tasted absolutely excellent. Next time around I'm definitely ordering two full trays — because one just wasn't enough!
